Hello,

Production departments create the Production orders for manufacturing and final close is done by Finance.

Now End task is take over because D3FO cannot grant access only to End production orders.Show below screen shot.

Can you please provide a answer whether D3FO can give access only to End the Production orders by Finance user.

Are you asking about having specific security role which only allows End of production order?

If yes then you need to identify duty/privilage which

We have a feature in Dynamics user security governance which helps in defining role based on task recording.

So you can record process and create role based on that
