I am not sure how much it will help but please do below check

.NET Framework issues — The 0x80131623 exception code often suggests an unhandled exception in managed code, possibly a corrupted .NET install or incompatible version.

Missing or Unloaded Module — The "Faulting module name: unknown" suggests something required by the NAV client wasn't properly loaded.

User Profile or Local Cache Issue — Sometimes NAV ClickOnce deployments cache corrupt user-specific data.

    Thanks, Ramesh

    Hi,

If I'm not mistaken, version 9.0.44365.0 is NAV 2013. Is that correct? At least, this is a very old version. You can download the system requirements guide where Windows 8 is mentioned as supported operating system. It might be the case that some runtime DLLs are missing or not compatible. Anyway, Microsoft does not support NAV 2013 anymore and is not testing for compatibility.

It is recommended to run a supported version of Dynamics which will the a current Business Central version.
